Hey guys! So a few friends and I have been trying to buy ecs and it pops up with an error message each time. I've already emailed support but has anyone else encountered this problem and is there a way to fix it?
Do you have enough credit on your account to purchase ecs? If it's a credit card try updating the information
What does the error message say? Because I've tried to buy ecs before and it took around a week to transfer them into my account. I didn't realize I had already bought them and it was giving me an error message to prevent me from accidentally buying too much.
I had an "Error 1000, cannot connect to iTunes" message a few weeks ago.. It resolved itself by the next day..
I don't have an iphone so its an android. Yes, it's on my debit card and there is money in my account. It's been doing this for maybe a week now and it just says could not recieve information from database or something to that sort.
