its none of your business why, in the uk you can get emanicepated (dunno how to spell it soz ) from any age, but if your under 18 you have live in a care home of with relatives, and if you talk to your school they can help you get yo court and that but you need reasons and proof xx

 

It depends on where you live.

If its the US, every state has its own unique rules towards emancipation. However, in every state, you'll have to prove GREAT extremes of abuse and most likely not have an available immediate family member who can take foster care of you.

 

In uk if your over 16 you dont really need a reson you can just say i dont wanna live with them anymoot, but if your over 12 you just need a valid reason and any younger needs abuse xx
