Cafe Loyalty Card Help

  1. Hi there!

    I got my friend into the game recently (I’m a bit new myself) and had them buy the Cafe Loyalty Card to start their quest, but it hasn’t activated? Can someone help me or explain as to why it wouldn’t have activated? Is it because they are too new to the game?

  2. Have they completed the tutorial? If so then force close and restart the game, if it is still not starting then I would advise your friend to send in a help ticket

  3. It should have worked, did they by chance buy the tradeable version by accident?

  4. I believe this must be the issue! I’m not sure exactly when the tutorial ends, but I’m assuming this is the reason. Thanks so much!
