So last night it was about 45 degrees farenheit or something very close to it. Lets just say it was freezing cold. My friend was with me and she was wearing a good 5 layers of jackets and such to try to be warm( includes my jacket I had). My main thing is I have a high tolerance to cold weather, and I live in California. I have lived my whole life in California. As people may know it gets kinda hot there. Why does the cold not affect me as much? The heat also doesn't really do all that much either unless it is like... 100
It was 8°F here last night. 45° isn't cold at all lol. I'd put on shorts and celebrate if it was that warm right now!
You have a larger body then your female friend requiring less clothes to maintain your body temperature
.-. This area does not get below 35 in my guess. So 40's is pretty cold for a place that is usually high 70's to low 90's .-.
It get's up to 100 sometimes in the summer. It sucks… Being cold is way better. You can always put more clothes on but you can only take so many off!
Exactly... Thats how people here react to colder weather? Though I have a higher tolerance. Maybe I have very good homeostasis .
I'm with Julie on this one. We've been enduring windchills in the -30° C range all week. 45 F is def. t-shirt weather.
Your blood is thicker? They say those of us who live in cold climates have thicker blood that's why we stay warm better. Idk if that's true, it's what my grandma says
I live in the cold 24/7 and it doesn't bother me, hell, it's been raining and wind blowing like a slut. I was in a normal shirt whilst my friends have 573852578 layers on. Everyone is different.
