Can we get a petition started by an Atheist to cancel a TV show with a Christian agenda for being blasphemous to our beliefs please? sarcasm aimed at how outrageously absurd Christians are in the US don't fight me or take this serious k bye
It doesn't even have to be an atheist. Any non-Christian will do. Jewish, Muslim, Buddhist, Sikh... et cetera.
When did we get to the point where Christianity is the default religion? If you aren't Christian it's basically the equivant of having to come out of the closet. Mom.. Dad... I'm Muslim.
Honestly I'm just annoyed that my newsfeed is constantly filled with articles about Christians wanting to cancel another show because they feel it's a direct violation of their religious beliefs. How dare another religion spout their blasphemy on live television. They ain't even watch most of them. Probably just saw a TV show called Lucifer or something and immediately said "not in my good Christian household" better start a petition to ban that.
As a Christian I feel it's pointless to cancel a show. Just cancel your cable. Nothing on TV is appropriate for kids anymore. Go buy some veggie tales & Thomas the train dvds
Oh, our newsfeeds are very different. I follow a lot of animal pages so I see a bunch of dogs and farm animals being cute. Lmao But, I get where you are coming from.
There's a show on Amazon prime (don't know the name of it) that they started a petition to cancel but the petition called for Netflix to cancel the show so it shows how much research they put into it before they decided to jump to conclusions and start making their signs. Netflix did offer to cancel it tho so at least they're being obliging. Ain't belong to their network tho
I'm actually Catholic. I'm not a firm believer but somewhere there, I am. And my point here was to point out how Christians like to go out of their way to assert their religious beliefs and label anything that doesn't support their very narrow minded ideals as blasphemous. Atheists are supposedly the devils but I don't see any atheists standing outside churches holding up signs that demonize Christians (or any other religious groups for that matter) as being blasphemous because other people believe in a God while they don't. Better to quote a misinterpreted book that most people haven't even fully read than to just let everyone else exist. That is all mate.
I've seen this, and I can definitely confirm it has to be the first one as Annie & Clarabelle don't have feet in front of their faces.
