So my goal is to get lean. When I started my journey, I was 210 pounds, my body fat was at 25%(July 16). Now in week 4 I’m at 176 pounds, my body fat is 17.3 (Tuesday)!!!!!! Like wtf how did I lose 37 pounds in 4 weeks -_- I was told I’m suppose to lose 2 pounds a week. Last Friday I weighed 181, today I weigh 173. That’s 8 pounds in 1 week. Should I be concerned?!?!?!?!?
I go to the gym 6 days a week. I’m at the gym for about 4-5 hours I work out for 1 hour and a half. Then I play basketball for almost 4h. So I’m at the gym 25-30 hours a week. Here is my diet: Breakfast: I eat plain yogurt with fruits Snack: Protien Bar Lunch: Rice, with vegetables Dinner: none Snack: Protien Bar I also take supplements like vitemin c and d and omega 3 (Fish oil)
Ummm... call your primary doctor. They have more information on your medical history that we do not have and will better be able to determine whether it's something to fret over.
I mean if you go to the gym 6 days a week and eat healthy it’s normal to lose more weight than expected.
It really doesn’t sound like you’re eating enough to be working out so often. I don’t know if that’s why you’ve been losing weight, but I know I’ve had a similar thing happen where I was losing 12-15lbs every two weeks or so due to working out and not a big enough diet.
Honestly I eat lunch around 6 pm. And I eat big where I can’t even breath lol. Around 8pm o take a Protien Bar. I eat breakfast around 10am. Eat a apple around 1pm. Then a protein Bar around 3pm. Every other day for dinner I eat in n out around 10pm.
Definitely start to eat more. Even if you’re between 1500-2000 calories, working out for hours has a big calorie deficit and you could end up technically only taking in 500 of those calories. It makes a big difference, adding some food won’t be harmful to progress!
I mean it’s good that you chose to change your lifestyle and that you’re losing weight. But I don’t think you’re losing weight healthily. You’re basically starving yourself. Try to up your calories for the day. Eating right and working out will put you at a caloric deficit and you’ll still be losing weight, and not starving yourself in the process.
Your right. I work so eating is a hassle:/ So I might as well do this: 10 AMBreakfast: Yogurt, fruits 3pm Snack: Apple 5pm Lunch: Rice, vegetables 9:30pm Dinner: Rice, vegetables 11pmSnack: Protien Bar That might still be less then 2,500 calories ?♂️ What Am I to do
