Beards: An Important Study After talking to various people, I decided that the citizens of PimD need educating in the Art of Facial Hair. Now, me being a well-known Beardiologist, I think that this thread will teach you properly, unlike wannabe Beardiologists.I hope you enjoy the thread. 1. The Dumbledore The Dumbledore is an extremely famous style of beard, and has been in style since 1997. As you can see, it is a long, nicely kept beard, tied stylishly with a small piece of coloured or plain string. 2. The Hagrid Invented by Rubeus Hagrid at the age of just seventeen, The Hagrid is famous for it's scruffy, yet sophisticated style. This man has probably never been cleanly shaven, which adds to the trend. 3. The Lucius This beard first came into fashion when the inventor, Lucius Malfoy, came out of Azkaban Prison to rejoin his master. The Lucius is short, and quite hard to maintain. In order to keep your beard, you must shave it off when it gets too long, then grow it back again. 4. The Flitwick For this one to really work for you, you have to be at least fifty-seven years old. Balding men where this beard best, however, it does look good with a tiny bit of hair. Notice how it creates a sort of half-ring round his head. 5. The Black This beard is special and unique in it's own way. It leaves a clear space on the chin, apart from a small point just below the bottom lip. The inventor of this beard was unfortunately killed by Bellatrix Lestrange, his beardless cousin who was merely jelous of his style. 6. The Karkaroff This style originated in Bulgaria, by Headmaster of Durmstrang school and Death Eater, Igor Karkaroff. The beard is in a sort of triangle shape, with a rectangle on the chin. So, there you have it. The six most famous beards of our generation.
