Her eyes stayed glued to him. The way he played was so natural, it was as if he told everyone around him to get out of his way or pass him the ball. Everyone, that is, except for Brett. Always in Danny's way, never giving in. Suddenly the ball bounces off the court and "out of bounds". Danny races after it and when he looks up his gaze locks with Alison's. They stare at each other, completely submerged in their own world. Ali remembers the game and jerks her chin toward his waiting team. She instantly regrets it.
Different scene "You just don't get it! This is all I've ever wanted which is why I can't have it!" he screamed at me while blocking the doorway. "Why? Isn't this how it's supposed to be? Two people fall in love and they live happily ever after. Isn't that how it happens with magic?" I knew I was raising my voice but he wasn't listening. "Magic? More like a curse! Do you think I wanted this? When I was "born" do you think I chose this?" I cut his rant off saying, "If you had the choice, wouldn't you have? This would be a dream come true for anyone else, why not you?" He stared at me, searched my soul before finally whispering, "Because it keeps me from you."
Random scene "Don't worry sweet-heart. After this it'll all be over, no more star-crossed lovers for me to chase. Now where'd I put that vial? Great now I lost the dagger! Next thing you know the girl will have esc-," Brett said as he turned around to an empty altar. Ali looked up to see Danny and some mortal guards clearly under his "spell". "Why are you here?" Ali whispered with awe written in her expression. "I'll always come for you, what kind of a hero would I be if I let the heroine meet her doom?" Danny asked playfully.
"Running a little late aren't we Ms." commented Mr. Twal. "Alison Davies and-" Ali started to say but was interrupted by a boy dropping his book with a loud crash. "Umm...sorry." said the mysterious boy. "Anyway, my bus ran late," continued Ali. "Go ahead and take your seat Ms. Davies," said the grinning history teacher.
The beach was beautiful that day. All of England seemed to be glowing. Alison sat in the sand with Daniel, the folds of her dress being dragged down due to the weight of the sand. Alison and Daniel had been courting for years now, but she was finally getting up the courage to tell him something important. "Daniel...," she started "I-I" "What is it Alison?" Danny whispered. "I love you-" Suddenly a man jumped out of the trees' shadows and tried to pin Daniel to the ground. Danny threw him off and screamed at Alison "Run and don't look behind!" Run she did, she ran to a new life. Though, she never forgot that day.
Great story! I like it...alot. My favorite post was the last one. But with so many different scenes it's a little confusing...but it's still really good
