So last night I was talking to a coworker about weird things that have happened at our job and the odd customers that come in. My establishment is kinda hip so we have interesting things that are said as well as interesting phrases on the wall and things. Which means we get a interesting range of people. So last night I had just gotten off shift and was chowing down these nacho things which are basically a loaded individual nacho, they're ahmazing! So I scoop a huge dollop of sour cream on it and bite into heaven, until I realized there was this one guy sitting at a table across from me just staring at me shoving basically sour cream into my face hole. So I'm like and he's like "can you give me a hot sauce recommendation." So I did and continue to devour my food. And then he starts trying to make conversation and whenever I would bite into something he would ask me a question. So I had a awkward conversation with him just trying to finish so I can eat and go home. (Conclusion I will no longer eat at work at the end of my shift.) We had pink tacos for October for breast cancer awareness...some guy came in and ordered the pink tacos and then when I asked him what he wanted he asked me "do you like sour cream on your taco?" ? I nervously laughed until he went away. I was pouring a beer once and spilt beer all over myself to the dismay of myself and my manager, the guy I was pouring for said "oh that's okay I'll just take her to eat at my table." I once had an older guy come in with his mother and awkwardly flirt with me in front of his mom until I guess he realized he was with his mother and said "oh crap I probably shouldn't have said all that in front of my mother." Mind you he was old enough to be my father. there's so many more things that have happened. We have weird innuendos all around the store, like one of our hot sauces is called "smack my ass and call me Sally" sooo I constantly get asked to call men Sally. now I love my store. But stop with the sex jokes people! It makes serving you and doing my job damn awkward. End rant.
Well, Slap my ass and call mee Sally. Thanks; I always find your threads highly entertaining and amusing.
