Posting help ticket SS is against the rules. I do think it's funny that their automated response was irrelevant. I usually recommend resending the help ticket in those cases and iterating to them that their previous response was unhelpful. Also lowkey thought you were the HS @CatLady for a second. 🤣
Commonly, the reason why it may seem like you've been singled out is because: 1) Other IGN's violating ToU weren't noticed 2) It may seem like another IGN violates that darn ToU but it doesn't If you come across a player with a bad IGN (i.e. one that may solicit third party or is sexually descriptive) you can let ATA know and they may investigate.
