ATA needs to do a better job at teaching the mods the rules. Some of them know what there doing as for the others, the weak minded, the need to be taught the rules. PIMD has a strict "NO THIRD PARTY APP" rule. The problem I've run into is that the new mods don't understand their authority and therefore abuse it weather they see it or not. Pertaining to the new spinner, the ad function conflicts with the third party app rule therefore either the rule should be repealed or the ads should be removed.
TECHNICALLY, if you read the ToU word for word, it can be perceived as absolutely no advertising of 3rd Party Apps. I've messaged support with questions and I'll gladly share the answer if you'd like.
True Harmony, but also technically, the terms of use are prefaced in big bold letters stating "We reserve the right to change rules as we see fit, without prior notice", not a direct quote, but close enough.
Exactly. I was just typing this on another thread but gave up lol. I think the whole issue is that people are taking it word for word. It would be nice if ATA could update it though, just to relax everyone before there's a riot about some nonsense
What attitude? he was simply being helpful. Some devices don't support images very well. No need to be rude about it.
So was I ? I don't think Ahli was being sarcastic or trying to offend you. I think he/she was just being honestly genuine in trying to assist you.
In regards to the spinner, the actual 3rd party rule still stands mentioning the apps are ok, provided people aren't asking for, or giving out, usernames, or telling people to play them
