Answers?

It's been a while since I made a thread...so do excuse my thread-making-skill-rustiness, especially since I never had any!  But I have a few questions that simply MUST get answered.

...Okay, not really...but it would be nice to get answers.



Question 1: Why do so many people want clubs? I swear, it was all calm-like and then BAM!!! "Can someone give me a club? I'll be a great owner! " but no one sells themselves. I'm not asking why you think you deserve a club, I'm just...well...yeah...I guess that's what I'm asking. What qualifies you to get a free club? What would make you such a great owner? Why don't you tell us all this when you make a thread asking for a club?

It's like...like...it's like running for the President of the United States! You never see him going around just saying "Vote for me because I asked nicely! ". Most don't even say please! Is that really giving someone an incentive to give you a club? Puh-leese. No. No, it's not. Do it like the politicians! If you're lying, how would we know the difference? (Although I'm not encouraging lying...whether politicians do or not...) We wouldn't!

So sell yourself! You may not be a stripper or a ho but you're pretty damn close to it. People don't hire them because they ask nicely. No, they hire them only of they've got the full package. Anything and everything that would make them a good stripper or a good ho...or a good club owner.


...Honestly, that's a much better analogy. Couldn't've said it better myself.  You know...if I was speaking aloud.


Hopefully that was coherent... And not just me being pissy. Because that's always possible.



Next order of business!


Question 2: Next month, I have to cook for Spanish Club. Yay me, right? Right?! Yes, right. Good answer. But I don't know what to make... I'm confident in my cooking abilities, don't get me wrong. But that's only when I'm calm... Recently, I overcooked fries and burnt the napkin they were on and ran it under water to put the fire out and the fries got soggy, but it was okay! Because the next batch was good and it all worked out! 

But I don't know what to bring. Tacos are obvious but we had tacos last meeting. And we've had some kind of vegetable pizza and sugar cookies and other junk that's not fitting to the club thing, it's difficult... And some things are so expensive...

So does anyone have any ideas? I need a food and a desert to bring and any idea is welcome! 

(Except for popcorn. My sis suggested that and I was like "Really?! I'm not THAT BAD of a cook, woman!". -.-)




So! Any answers? Or do you have any questions yourself? And I do so hate titles. They're always the last thing I come up with when I'm actually writing something, but I can't do this the same way... Because it needs a title and all. Ya know? 



There! Title is done. So dern difficult, titles they are they are. I think it's fitting. I think. I'm looking for answers...and it's...


I really must keep my thought processes to myself in the future. I would start now but it would take too long to go back and remove all thoughts and opinions. .-.

 

Chicken nuggets wouldnt be bad! Unless they were homemade. Then...maybe I could! But maybe not. Chicken isn't that expensive... Yet. Maybe. But they're not a Hispanic food...

"But you don't have a gun, mister. Why would I?"

But they never mention candy. Or attributes.

Exactly! Most wouldn't give away their business to an unqualified person when they could keep it afloat themselves or give it to a person more suited to the job!
