Why is it so hard to get either of those things. Like I’ve been trying to be anorexic for quite some time but it just wouldn’t work out. Even tried the model diet where you eat a cotton ball with orange juice and nearly choked to death lmao. Ffs I just want to be skinny. I’m 6’ and weight like 145 pounds. Every time I see someone skinny I get triggered and automatically start to hate ?
1. This isnt something to joke about, nor is it something you can try to get. It’s not the flu or pink eye. 2. You don’t want bulimia (or any ED) because that often increases weight and makes things far worse; it’s not fun, coming from someone who used to have bulimia. 3. You don’t want anorexia. Do want to look like someone like Eugenia Cooney? Do you want to barely be able to wake up stairs or struggle to carry even 10-20lbs? Again, coming from someone with anorexia, it’s not fun. You’re skinny for your height, even almost underweight. Be grateful that you’re there without suffering. Eating disorders don’t go away once you meet your goal, it stays, even years into recovery.
Nah m8 I hate my legs, calves and face they’re so fat and puffy it’s disgusting. I have high cheek bones but they’re barely any noticeable bc of that fat
Then maybe exercise? There are exercises to lessen body fat without gaining much muscle, so you’d appear thinner from having less body fat. It’s not hard, and guess what, you won’t die from it! Do some research before acting ignorant about how deadly these disorders are, please and thank you.
Calves are genetically lol and if I exercise them they don’t er thin but whatever y’all not gonna stop me anyway
Muscle vs body fat doesn’t work like that,,, I have muscled calves due to exercising, but people who don’t exercise or limit use of things like stairs will have slim calves,, it’s not complicated. Again, do some research and actually understand how bodies change with certain exercises, or lack of. I can assure you that your body will change if you put the effort in instead of “tRyInG” anorexia which kills your body. There’s no enhancing going on from eating disorders, and you’ll see more, and quicker, progress from the proper diet and exercise.
