INTRODUCTION

1. Plaintiff brings this action to secure redress for improper conduct in the acquisition of a black 1993 Opel Nova Hatchback with bad boy exhaust, leather gear knob, and Thug Life bumper sticker.

2. Plaintiff alleges the following contents in the black 1993 Opel Nova Hatchback; 5 Euros in change, one bootleg copy of Trance Nation 2004, one Best of Queen CD, one pair of fuzzy dice, one Latvian to English translation book.

3. Plaintiff brings action to secure redress for improper conduct in the acquisition of one 1975 General Electric clock radio.

4. Plaintiff alleges extortion for re-acquisition of the following tutors: Donkeypunch, WizardsSleeve, RS_Wipe, RS_Bandit.

5. Plaintiff alleges the tutors named in paragraph 4 had a street value of 10 million dollars.

6. Plaintiff alleges the tutors street value increased to 3 billion dollars each and the Defendant enforced a 500 million dollar per week penalty until the Plaintiff paid for said tutors in full.

JURISDICTION AND VENUE

7. This court has jurisdiction under the ATA RoC and ToU.

8. Personal jurisdiction and venue are proper in this District because this action concerns players in A Thinking Ape application services.

PARTIES

9. Plaintiff -alt-, also known as Vlad is an individual who is a resident in Party In My Dorm.

10. Mr. Ronny43, also known as Ronny43 is a Moderator with A Thinking Ape and a dues paying member of Playmates International, LLC.

FACTS

11. Plaintiff has a Polaroid picture as legal proof of ownership of; black 1993 Opel Nova Hatchback and 1975 General Electric Clock Radio.

12. Patrons of the Crazy Ivan Vodka Bar witnessed Mr. Ronny43 driving the black 1993 Opel Nova Hatchback singing the song "Fat Bottom Girls".

13. A Thinking Ape reported that on the day after the patrons of the Crazy Ivan Vodka Bar witnessed Mr. Ronny43 driving the black 1993 Opel Nova Hatchback that the Defendant started showing up to work on time and crediting his new clock radio.

14. Witnesses while playing Party In My Dorm overheard the Defendant brag about extorting money from the Plaintiff.

15. Plaintiff suffered emotional distress and aggravation as a result of the Defendants actions.

16. Plaintiff was required to retain the legal services of Revan, Sidious, and Bane Attorneys at Law and spend time and money dealing with the Defendant.

COUNT I - OPEL NOVA HATCHBACK

17. Plaintiff incorporates paragraphs 1-16

18. This claim is against Mr. Ronny43.

19. Plaintiff requires the following wherefore, the court should enter judgement in favor of the Plaintiff and against Mr. Ronny43 for:

(1) Returning the 1993 Opel Nova Hatchback and it's contents and a full tank of petrol;

(2) Attorney's fee, litigation expenses and cost of suit;

(3) Such other or further relief as the Court deems proper.

COUNT II - Clock Radio

20. Plaintiff incorporates paragraphs 1-16

21. This claim is against Mr. Ronny43.

22. Plaintiff requires the following wherefore, the court should enter judgement in favor of the Plaintiff and against Mr. Ronny43 for:

(1) Returning the 1975 General Electric Clock Radio;

(2) Attorney's fee, litigation expenses and cost of suit;

(3) Such other or further relief as the Court deems proper.

COUNT III - Extortion

23. Plaintiff incorporates paragraphs 1-16

24. This claim is against Mr. Ronny43.

25. Plaintiff requires the following wherefore, the court should enter judgement in favor of the Plaintiff and against Mr. Ronny43 for:

(1) Cease and desist all insider trading to unfairly move the pricing of tutors in Party In My Dorm;

(2) Pay all the money extorted back to the Plaintiff in full;

(3) Assist in the acquisition of replacing the tutors stolen from the Plaintiff;

(4) Attorney's fee, litigation expenses and cost of suit;

(5) Such other or further relief as the Court deems proper.

JURY DEMAND

26. Plaintiff demands a trial by jury.

I would like to make a public statement:

I have spoken with the judge and I'm requesting a speedy trial so my client can get back his job and taking care of his thirsty women.

Jury selection will start one week from today. The defendant has yet to obtain legal representation but I highly encourage him to get this as soon as possible.

I want to reiterate that my client is a victim and these horrible actions will not go unpunished.

If you or anyone else has been a victim of the defendant, please let me know as my law firm will put together a class action lawsuit.
