I will soon have 14 dorm room with T3 freshmen? What is the next thing to upgrade, more rooms or soph?
Make all soph then all junior, then buy next dorm and make all senior and buy another dorm and make a senior etc until you are ready for tier 4. But of course don't upgrade right away, save money and volley and you can upgrade to all juniors all at once.
Make them all sophomores, then make them all juniors, and then make them all seniors. After they are all seniors, then start buying more dorms . Although I would not recommend upgrading to sophomore, junior, or senior, until the next dorm is more expensive than the upgrade.
