Every 1b dvp requires 6b. (i.e. If you're selling a cat for 200b dvp, the buyer needs to have atleast 1.2T).
Want advice on doing DVP? Don't. Never do it. Unless you can slap that person's face once they've scammed u. Honestly tho, you can prolly get 80b if you join a cc club for 1 bento. Plus you'll even get rewards for completing the hunt's stories.
