Did you do something against rules, like be younger than 17 or sell things for real money? Your account may be banned or smthing
Not at all. Ive been using the account for over 5 years now. Maybe the name would have done it but the name has been the same since the account was created. But even then i would think they would just rename the account which i knew theyve done in the past.
Mine has done the same thing, signed out to go onto my alt and when I went to sign back in it says Access Denied, sent a ticket hours ago with no response still 😩
That same thing happened for me i sent a ticket, and emailed customer support. I haven't done anything wrong, just closed the app due to the lag from last night signed in and it said access denied. If you find a reason why this is going on please let me know.
I always miss the lags, bugs, and issues somehow. I feel left out... (sorry I just wanted to say something besides send a ticket because I assume you made the forum post to see if anyone else was having the same issue and maybe had a quick and accurate answer explaining it). Idk I’m bad at reading PIMD people’s intentions sometimes.
It happened to me too this morning i switched to my alt, wanted to go back with the Facebook login, access denied Tried to login with my email and password, access denied Changed password, Acces denied Okay my status message is a little naughty but I could put it there I really don't know what's going on
Happened to me as well, on a smaller account but still, i spent money on ec on that account that i cannot access now 😔
