Hi, have you tried any of the following basic troubleshooting tactics? Try logging out and back in again. Try disabling and reenabling your WiFi connection. Try clearing your app cache. Try uninstalling the app and reinstalling. If none of these work, I would recommend sending a help ticket.

Google Play on Android devices (not sure about Apple) actually has introduced beta-testing of computer play for a number of different game apps -- PIMD is one of them! So using Google Play, you can now play PIMD on your computer. I haven't tried it myself but you can see it in the image below.
