A idea for a system war

So I was thinking, there are so many wars that low stat players cannot participate in due to stat requirements and all that stuff.

So the idea came to me, how about we do a war for players under 40-50kcs?

And this is were you guys come into play, I don't have enough money to put this idea into action so I'm wondering if someone can wall me if they can make the clubs for this plan to come into action.

 

I know how to war hardcore, I know all the tricks in the book 90kcs war merc reset right here
