7 Ways to Feel A Bit Happier

  1. Here are a few tips to getting an extra boost for the day:


    1. Take Time To Meditate in the Morning
    Mornings are awful] and if we start our day bad the rest of the day feels pretty bad as well. Right after you wake up, just take the time for yourself to bask in the silence or plan everything out. You'd feel more ready to take on the world.

    2. Have A Drink
    Some people take coffee. Tea. Fruit juice. Just get something nice and fresh. (or brewed.) We have certain down times during the day so these help perk us up.

    3. Count Your Blessings
    I think people forget to do this and they end up instead making a mental list of the awful things happening to them. Words have power whether it's in your head or spoken or written.

    4. Get Outside
    With the internet being a regular thing we tend to spend so many hours behind a screen. The danger with this is we get trapped in some sort of bubble and little annoyances become magnified. Get outside and take a good look around you. Bike. Jog. Stroll. Sit or lie down. Nature is new everyday.

    5. Make Something/Do Something
    Whether it's chores or just actually creating something. Cooking. Crafts. Fixing something. Building something. We're put on this earth to contribute to it and we hate feeling useless. It's a little confidence boost.

    6. Save Money
    No matter what age you are, it is always smart to open up a savings account to set aside some cash for a rainy day. Even if it's a bit of cash per day or per week as long as it isn't stagnant. It adds up and one day it'll come in handy and you'll be pretty proud of yourself. That sense of security is great too.

    7. Re-evaluate What's Important
    What do you want to do? Who is important? What makes you happy? Who makes you happy? What brings you down? Who makes you miserable? Sort these out. Brain clutter sucks.

  10.  I like this thread! When I'm feeling really miserable, I write it out. Putting it in words like that makes me feel like I've had my say, and also stops it from floating around my mind constantly 

    There's also an abundance of baby videos out there, which are cute or funny  Or cats.. Either way 
