2nd hand phone

  1. Hi guys, i was so curious on how if i had a 2nd hand phone? it was sold in me by a friend and then i started to play this apps but it was perm silenced? How can i appreciate this apps if i dont have a privilege to communicate? Is there a provision on this case?

    -Username
    -Game
    -Issue

    Tell them exactly what happened and I'm sure you'll be able to make an appeal for a hearing .
