Are you ready for a SCORCHING SUMMER OF STUDENT SPORT? Get ready for the... Student athletes from all over the world will be competing in this worldwide sports tournament SPECTACULAR! Collect DORMLYMPICS PINS from every country and for every summer sport from archery to Zimbabwe! Run, shoot, and swim your way to BRONZE, SILVER, and GOLD DORMEDALS and collect VICTORY LAURELS to make your dorm and country proud! Let this INTERNATIONAL SUMMER OF SPORT BEGIN! Daily Event Progress For this event, we're changing things up, with mini-events taking place each day! Each day from 12PM PDT until 12PM PDT the next day you'll find Bronze, Silver, and Gold Dormedals from parties until the end of the event at 12PM PDT on August 19th. Collecting 1 of each of these Dormedals will convert them into a Victory Laurel These Dormmedals and Victory Laurels are good ONLY for that specific day's mini-event during which they are collected. Meaning each day has its own Dormedals and Victory Laurels to earn for its rewards. Dormedals and Victory Larels will be removed from players accounts at the end of each Daily Reward period. Daily Event Rewards Rewards are based on the number of Victory Laurels you have at the end of each daily event and include either the Regular, Bronze, Silver, or Gold version of the daily items as indicated below. Each daily item has the following stats depending on it's type: Regular [stats]10,000/10,000[/stats] Bronze [stats]75,000/75,000[/stats] Silver [stats]175,000/175,000[/stats] Gold [stats]375,000/375,000[/stats] Note: Daily rewards do not stack Avatar Rewards Daily Events rewards will also provide you with Sports Bags, which will earn you Avatars and other event rewards at the end of the entire event. These rewards are based on the number of Sports Bags you have at the end of the entire event. Torchlight Box As you complete parties you'll occasionally stumble upon Torchlight Boxes. These can be opened using Torchlight Keys. These boxes contain a random Dormlympic Pin and can be opened an unlimited number of times each day. Note: Torchlight Boxes can be opened until the end of the event. Avatars Leaderboards Current Leaderboards are posted in Campus Chat and set as a Campus Announcement every hour.
