I think the gift boxes can be obtained thru the story thingy. Like completing a task. Just a guess. 😗
I pray y'all switch them from random party drops to consistent drops or smth cause let's be real, we're too tired for a hundred parties a day to get the boxes we need to gift

This is cute. The leaderboard part of it I could do without but I like the idea of this and hope people are willing to 1:1 boxes rather than just sell them for bentos
Should be 1:1 trade. Well .. it is so far so hopefully it stays that way. Or maybe people will actually be generous this holiday season and just send them to people for free (as it benefits them on the lb by gifting them in the first place)

This actually looks kind of fun and seems simple enough. Only thing I would like is if the misc would be able to be traded/gifted. I like collecting for showcase purposes and don't want this to end up like the BF sticker packs where I end up with an abundance of one and none or a few of the others.
