Due to some recent experiences in my life lately I've realized the importance of not overlooking the little simple things in life that make me happy. Enjoying the little things in life as well as appreciating the big things. Lately life has gotten out of my control and a little overwhelming as it does for most everyone on the planet, if you don't have problems please PM me your secret . The good thing that has come out of this stressful trying time for me is realizing just how little certain things I think are huge really are, just as how some things I think are little are huge and make my day brighter. I'd like everyone who reads this to share moments they've had lately that made them smile, big or little. Just something that made you happy...whatever that may be. Moments that make me happy are-when someone says "I love you" over the phone and I can hear them smile when they say it, someone saying they were thinking about me, petting the dog I dog sit for and her trying to snuggle her entire huge head into my shoulder, the joking around moments with friends, when someone understands what I'm saying when I go "yeah you know the thingy with the thing?" , long drives to go get coffee randomly and enjoying the day, and when my significant other calls me baby or tells me I'm important to them. Those are my moments but I'd rather hear yours
1. The conversations that we all have in immortals. 2. Waking up to coffee being brewed because my mom had come in and started my coffee pot and left. 3. Hearing my daughters tell me stories or just a simple hug and kiss from them. 4. Drinking beer after a long week with a bunch of my girl friends. Just a few of mine Great thread hun
I enjoy every second of life, doesn't matter f it's good or bad. I enjoy the good ones the most lol
Raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens, bright copper kettles and warm woolen mittens, brown paper packages tied up with strings, these are a few of my favorite things. Yes we must all stop and appreciate the small things in life. For those are what's important at the end of the day! Thank you for posting this!!!

If and when my baby boy falls down running or playing and my other 3 boys run to check on him just as fast as I do....... Family
Well for me it would have to be when I went to my sons baseball game. His mom (my ex) was there and my sons team won the championship game and my son was named MVP. I was so proud of him. So games over we head over to chuckee cheese for the award ceremony. My ex and me don't get along but we don't let that affect our son. As they call out his name and he gets his trophy. My ex goes for his trophy, my sons stops looks at her and saids this trophy is for my dad, for pushing me to do better to never give up and always do my best. My ex makes a face at me but I don't care. I was so teary eyed and happy and told him that his mom deserves it as much as I do.. Needless to say I'm a proud papa and that's my moment.
