Anyone else miss how getting avatars used to be

  1. Remember how old hunts were? Like collect 1,500 of a certain item and get the avatar automatically?? I miss these hunts, the new hunts involving getting a key, in my opinion suck, it's always get a key and then end up getting a stat item....anyone else miss those type of hunts?? Let me know what you guys/gals think and keep negative comments out of this please.

  8. I miss those hunts because it is impossible to get an avatar with these luck hunts. I knew people in Baewatch hunt who opened 300 keys and never got Helvetica or got Helvetica but no baewatch girl/boy. Then, you have super low levels that got her like 5th key then quit the next day.

    For this hunt, I rarely see anyone with the avatars past the normal ones.

    I just feel that the old time/loyal players should be able to get them. There is no challenge with these hunts. It's all based on luck now. They are luck hunts where it is impossible to get the rare avatars. Yes, they are rare. However, I think if you are opening your 100th key ( took 50,000 Guitar picks) then you should have an avatar. The most an avatar used to be was never more than 10,000 of an item.

    Yea, the hunts where you had to party for avatars and stat items were difficult. However, I at least got an avatar. I was even ok with the hunt set up like Game of Thrones. You got the avatars first then the stat items.

    But at this point, I am tired of b2b hunts. I would even be ok if we could just get a week break in between hunts.

  9. I liked that better because you could see how close you were to getting the avi and you knew how many items you had to collect a day. This is all so uncertain

  13. I just dont like hunts. Kind of became the only focus of the game once they started. Just not very enjoyable to be a regular thing. Maybe once a year or something would be ok.

  18. Hopefully it'll change in a few months bc im not a fan of this new system either. Ive collected many many keys but sadly only 2 avis. They should have a separate box so u can choose if you want a random avi or stat item. I mean the amount of new gifts that come with each hunt, we don't even need the key for stat items. Okay im done.
