I have sprained my ankle in Feb and now it still hurts. All my classmates think I'm lying to avoid PE lessons. I tripped over the running track while trying to receive a pass from my friend. Still slightly swollen. Any tips?
Went already. Did an X-ray. Nothing wrong. Just an ankle that refuses to recover. Next Tuesday I'll have to face my friends criticising me again if I don't do PE.
I really don't know then buys its really a long time now u should take a blood test too But u should move your ankle again slowly increase your movement train your ankle basically I know that hurts but it helped with my wrist even tho my wrist was good after a week or so And cool the ankle everytime u train it
Go get an MRI done. I hurt my knee in soccer one year. Did an extra and nothing seemed wrong. Still hurt a year later. Went and got an MRI done and I had some problems. Had to have knee surgery
eww sounds not good Hermes but yeah get a full body check at the doctors and insist that something is wrong
