Hey people, so how ya doing? This is so off topic it's not even funny, but I've decided to make a series of threads. They're 1 week challenges that I'm going to do with anyone who follows along, to stay healthy and very possibly lose some weight! So I'm sorta a health fanatic, I exercise daily and eat mostly whole foods. It's really fun, too! Don't worry, these challenges aren't going to involve exercise (not much, anyway ) so if you're a couch potato, don't worry! There are going to be seven different threads, in case you didn't know. So anyways, I've blabbed WAY too much, lets get to the challenge for this week. So the challenge is to drink at LEAST 16 ounces of water as soon as you get up in the morning. Drinking 16 ounces of water as soon as you get up can speed up your metabolism for the first couple hours of the day, and if you use lemon in it, it can even replace coffee! I usually just keep the glass of water by my bed so I can easily drink it when I get up. So, try it with meh, and you'll be healthier(er) by the end of the week! I know this is kinda dumb, but ya know. Stuff and things. Buh-bye!
How does it enhance if it's reversing the effect it's supposed to have on your body? Only reason water is good in the morning is because your body is made mostly of water and giving it the hydration it needs speeds up metabolism and mental alertness... Don't see putting acid in water as being beneficial or "enhancing" at all.
