JOBS Success Rate?

  1. Hey people, I have always wondered what is the secret behind succeeding and failing a job. Does anyone know what is behind it? Or is it randomized by the game and does not depend on anything? Sometimes I fail with a regen and when I'm almost out I somehow succeed in jobs. What is up with that? How does it work? I am really curious and would like to get to the bottom of this. Please comment and help me out if you have knowledge about this. Thanks T-Devil

  2. The stronger you are (the larger your strength and intelligence bonus), the more of a chance you will be successful.

  7. Actually for me the first 25% and the last 25% are very hard... The 50% in the middle are ok...

  8. For me it's after I fail a lot, then I success a lot.. And it's EXTREMELY DIFFICULT even when I'm full 
