I remember when getting high meant who got the highest on the swings, the only thing that hurt you was skinned knees, the only thing you caught from boys was cooties, war was just a card game, and the only drug I knew was bubble gum flavored cough medicine. I miss the days I got rewarded with a Wonderball, waking up at 6am to watch Johnny Bravo, Pink Panther, Power Puff Girls, Scooby Doo, Flintstones, Hey Arnold, the Amanda Show, Kennan and Kel, All That, Rugrats, Wild Thornberries, and Ahh! real monsters. When you had no clue about how you looked... I didn't I rocked pink Barbie shirts, yellow shorts and Hot Wheels light up shoes (). Collecting mood rings, Pokemon cards, Pogs was completely awesome, you was a master chef with your Easy Bake Oven, Gak was better than Floam. You wanted to go on a Nickelodeon show to just get slimed, Kids Choice Awards was more important to you than anything. You had no clue about iPhones, iPads, or boy/girl friends, you didn't have to worry for years about college or future. What I miss most? It's not a memory, I was too young to remember most of the things in my childhood but photos of my dad in the yard making me as a airplane and spinning me around, the photo of him teaching me how to tie shoes, the photo of me on the bed with my mom reading me a book and kissing the side of my face, and the photo of my dad building me a fort in the living room. R.I.P childhood, I would give anything to go back to that.
Naw Life was so innocent back then. I remember eating fairy bread and how triple sized ice cream cones were 50cents back then ! I miss how everything was so colourful but now its all work and exams meh...
Future me now is in gymnastics, school, and working. Well, sorta. Had surgery ( long story ) and because of the story behind it I have to do school work at home, I'm currently out of work and gymnastics. I miss gymnastics though, but I guess I'm kinda living the life, meh. Now I gotta plan for college too.
