RedSox's 'Compulsory War', and Anika's '3x payout' threads, as well as the quiet reemergence of wars lately, have gotten me thinking.. We talk about how parties are an inferior experience to war, we belittle and push those who've never warred, and we talk about how much better pimd was 'back in the day..' What we haven't done is give people a reason.. We can argue with them all day, saying why war is better, but until they've experienced it, they'll never know.. So, tell me your best war stories!! Which was the best war for you? Which was the most fun? Which was the most nail-biting? Here's a list of my most memorable wars: My very first war was as a 20kcs, week old noob.. Spiritus had planned a war against Immortals, and I was so eager to help (little did I know how ineffective I'd be lol) in preparation, I asked a million questions about war (thank you Jen and Hana) and joined a war between two small clubs.. I was top of the roster talk about being thrown in the deep end but we won! I was so thrilled Couldn't keep me down after that had the war bug!! BoS 2012 I prepped for that war for months in advance, just in the hopes I'd be chosen to participate! I was incredibly honored when I was selected energy was high, the boys' 3 win record was at stake, and the girls were borderline maniacal After the most action packed 48 hours of my life, the girls took the win, smashing all previous war plunders, making 469b to the boys 350b! What really made it so fantastic was the spirit and respect amongst all participants! Holly and Toto's WW First war I'd ever organized, and first war I'd ever been opp my Spiritus family! I had a lot of help from BhinkyBoo in making this an amazing, and heartfelt war, which everyone enjoyed even if the boys kicked our butts, and the groom took top plunder overall Boxer and Mari's WW takes the cake as the silliest and most fun war I've ever participated in cc was non-stop giggles, and Magnificent even sang for us I have proof I think we won due to all being so hyped up Autobots Vs Decepticons Seeing Spiny curse in German for the first time was both terrifying and hilarious ? I was also thrilled, that at 370kcs, I took top plunder from both sides.. Such a proud moment Autobots put up a good fight, but the bad guys won this time ? There are so many more stories I could share like both of last years Halloween wars, Jen's anniversary war, the Bacon vs Ham war.. All so thrilling, dramatic, and a ton of fun.. But I wanna hear from other war veterans.. Tell me your stories!! Lets remember why wars are so much fun!!
Well I noticed that people can't experience any good wars anymore cause now you have to be chosen to get into a real war like the BoS ward,WW, and etc. So harder for newer people to understand when they can't be chosen
Yatta, threads that you see here for those wars are usually open to all.. Some may have stats requirements, but most of the time, you'll be able to participate
Yeah I know I am just saying they can't experience just some of epic wars like other higher stats people or more popular or just legendary like you have that's all I like the beta wars though for newer people to understand how the old wars "were" kinda like
First war I ever did was when I first started. I was in a club called Solitary Containment. I wanna say I was no more than 8kcs. We warred this club called iSwagg. Everything seemed fine and dandy until they started loosing and calling in huge ass mercs. Did I mention our rank #1 player in the club was like 20kcs haha all in all the ended up stomping our ass and ever since then I've hated merc wars. Every once in a blue moon ill merc for a war but I normally don't. When I do war I have my war buddy Justin along my side so it keeps things very competitive and interesting haha
I get what you mean.. There aren't as many wars now as there was.. But there have been more lately.. Give them a try! the more people that participate, the better they'll be.. Maybe they'll even become a regular thing again.. Might be wishful thinking, but we can hope lol

I think the most memorable war for me was when i was asked to merc at CB i was uhm drunk, i joined and passed out Nothing will ever take away the shame i felt for this war, thus making it as my top memorable war story 2. OLD vs NEW SCHOOL war Well uhm we jst made the biggest comeback in war history in PiMD 5. ?PARFAIT wars? All of it! bec we dont sleep and oftentimes thats the only time i see some members talking 6. The fun merc wars that ended up usually being against the deaddolls and being pinned for most of it lol but they were fun and everyone involved were a great bunch

I remember a club that I had made to war other clubs. I had a group of people that loved to war and were pretty hardcore. We won three wars in a row all by forfeit and it was great.
I remember your anni war, Alice.. I didn't know you then and had only warred with Jihi at BoS, so I didn't sign up
? Actually, when I started warring, 12 hours was the norm.. Then all of a sudden, people were declaring 24 hours, saying the losing side could choose to ff or keep fighting at the 12 hour mark.. Was a weird concept to me at the time

Immortals wars. Hundreds of merc wars with Jopo and I on losing side always verses all you "alliance" clubs. Wallace and I kicking ass. Yeah wars were cool. Now it's just omg call up more Of the 1000 bcs on the game.
