Important: Respect

  1. Respect- esteem for or a sense of the worth or excellence of a person, a personal quality or ability, or something considered as a manifestation of a personal quality or ability.

Respect is an important thing to have, to be able to be respected you need to show respect.

Players attitude in PIMD have change, mostly in a negative way. When PIMD first came out, all the way through to the release of the tier 5 crew on 4th December 2011, there was respect from one player to another every where. In my beliefs, not only did the launch of T5 crew change PIMD strategy of growth, but also changed the respect of players.

The modern society of PIMD has less respect for players, new or old. As the game changed, so has the attitude and respect of the players. There are a few things that have changed negatively in regards of respect of players.

Tutors, these days most small players are warned to try and stay away from hiring tutors from certain members of certain clubs. There once was a time, back before the release of tier 5 crew on 5th of December 2011, about a year ago, where players had the respect to ask the pupil of a tutor, if they may or may not hire their tutor, in most cases, the pupil would say go for it or wait for my system war to finish. Selling tutors was the way we made money, now these days, players will just hire the pupil's tutors with out asking, in war or not, just for their own greedy selves. It's respectful to ask the pupil to for permission to hire a tutor first and waiting for a yes or no response. Now we have farm wars every where we look, players farming other players over hiring tutors, those who don't show respect, see what no respect can get to into?

Tutors ain't the only thing where respect has disappeared. But on campus as well. Players who curse out other players on campus, players who bully others, and so on. Once again, it never use to be like that way. Players use to ask in a kind respectful manner for mercs to come and assist them in war, players would help new players out by taking then under their wing and giving them their basic 5088cs starting volley, and instructing them on how to grow by them selves from there on.

Forums, a place that many of us in the past that use to call our second home. Respect for those new players who asked for help, showing try wanted to give PIMD a good old crack, respect for those players who tried helping the forum community. It's changed now tho, less players ask for help on forums, and less players helping out, because or trolls showing disrespect to those people, making them not wanting to help out any more, scaring away players who wanting to learn the game and strive to become stronger and more knowledgable.

In the near past, we've had players from other ATA games come to our forums to trash talk, showing us no respect, and for sure it will happen in the future again. It's showing us disrespect, and making them look like fools.

Respect some one, get respect back.

To get wealthy, you must respect those who are rich.

To get powerful, you need to respect those who are powerful.

Respect what you want and you'll be surprised how much that will help you archive what you want.

Showing respect will give you reward, showing disrespect will come back and bite you. Respect every one, lets be nicer people.

Treat people how you want to be treated.

    Enjoy you day

  2. Nice topic but i believe in free market without asking.

  3. False information.. stop blaming stuff on t5

  4. I disagree. I believe in open market of tutors, people should just hire them. You can't prevent it. If you don't want people hiring your tuts don't leave them underpriced. Simple as that.

  5. It was around late summer '11 that people started farming over tutors. Soon after, most people had the dont hire my tutors status. Before that, ask before hire didnt exist, we would freely hire tutors and there wasnt a problem. Unless in war. Sf wars is another factor to people losing respect. It is not disrespectful at all to hire a tutor without asking pupils permission. Where do people get this bull crap? Hogging tutors at low price is greedy and selfish.

  6. Free market of tutors.

This is because: Respect given to pupil is undue. I say this from many past experiences. When asked, they say they will let you hire later. Therefore, I paid them "respect" and wait. However, later, they often sell or bump with other people.

I gather from this that respect is one sided. So I believe, if there is a tutors which is underpriced or you want to buy, hire first, talk later.

  7. Omg where the hell did you get this rubbish? What kind of pimd have you been playing? Trolls were worse before, now players can ask questions and less chance of getting trolled.

Basically this thread is saying kiss ass to everyone bigger and older than you.

  8. I............ I cuss people out 

  9. Wait was this about respect or monopolizing the tutor market?  I agree that respect needs to be given if you expect to receive it but farming over tutors is ridiculous. It's a free market, higher bidder keeps and if that's not you, move on, hire someone else. And sometimes people are inactive so waiting for a reply is not really plausible all the time. Idk how it was before but I think people shouldn't be afraid to hire tutors just because of farming: that is disrespectful. I've been threatened by players twice my size over up 250m tutors (ppl with over 500kcs) and farmed over a 300m tut that was mine to begin with by an 800kcs player (160kcs at the time). So yeah, that wasn't very respectful imo.

Respect people to get respect, I agree with that :)

  10.  Respect

  11. This is about respect Maxie, your response shows no respect. I just have examples of where respect has falling apart.

  12. And I myself believe in free market, always have always will, but it still shows respect to ask first.

  13. Everyone has a little respect for everyone. But respect is earnt at the end of the day.

As regard for tutors its a free market. If every tutor i hired i went and walled the pupil id then have to go to the top of my list every time and i dont really have the time to constantly do that. If i hired them they were underpriced and if they want them they can hire back.

Yeah its annoying when my tuts get hired but i just hire someone else and move on with my life.

  14. A lot of you seem to miss the global message. On pimd, there's no respect. When someone talks, 10 others bash. I respect everyone who doesn't show me that they are not worth this respect. Sure it's a minimum respect but still, that's respect.

  15. I made an error of chosen examples, read past that and open your eyes to the point, there is a lack of respect in this community where there was was respect. I respect every one till they give me a reason no to respect them. Most of you have shown and proven the point of lack of respect by bashing this thread. I apologies for bad choices of examples, but that does not change the topic or the reasoning behind this thread.
