Becky was a calm, young sorcerer. Nobody very seen her angry. Annoyed, yes. But never angry. But right now was one time when Becky unleashed the monster inside of her from its cage. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ It was in the middle of a raging war. The Light army V.S the Dark army. The Dark king raised his sword about to strike down on the Light king who was unconscious to kill him, when suddenly somthing ran out and shoved the king back. His name was Ryan, caption of the guard. "Ah, so the little knight came to save his king..." The Dark king said in a menacing tone. Ryan ran to the king but got hit in the shoulder. "You will die..." Ryan muttered before being pushed back by other recruits of the Light army in attempt to try and heal him. The dark king turned back to the king but another purple and black figure ran out and hit the Dark King back several meters. Everyone gasped at who it was. Becky had her hood down revealing her messy chestnut brown hair. She wore her regular purple and black Mage robes that had purple and black particles hovering on the ground where she stood. "Finally, a real challenge." Said the Dark king. Becky ran at the king and dark recruits ran out to help the king. Becky hit the sword of one of the recruits and it burned where her hand was placed and hit the enemy. He screeched in pain and stumbled backwards and fainted. Becky turned and kicked a recruit in the face and did a backward flip to dodge the swing of a sword. She elbowed another one while she was at it and then hit the other one in the face. "I have to admit, kid. You got moves." The dark king said. "But ya know. We are both alike." He added. "We are nothing of the sort!" Becky shouted and ran across the battlefield to the king. By this time everyone stopped to watch the battle. She left a trail of black and purple flames which was the main color of her magic. She hit the king in the face then circled around, only being seen for a second and hit the king again. "Becky, watch out!" Shouted Ryan. Becky had no time to question when a dagger hit her side. She slid and fell to the side. The Dark King set out a evil laughter. "So, that's it?" Said the monster inside her head. "Oh well... I guess Ryan and the others are dieing today." Becky suddenly got up. Gasped arose at what they saw. Becky's eyes turned pure dark purple. No pupils or anything. Just purple. "There is only one thing that we have in common. We, are both MONSTERS!" She suddenly flew up in the air, raw magic forming in her hands. "Everyone, take cover!" Ryan shouted. Everyone scrambled out of the way as Becky could only hear the sickening scream of the Dark King. ~Timeskip~ "Are you insane?" Asked Ryan once Becky woke up in the infirmary. "No. I'm a monster."
You have a very good writing style but I'd like to see you write for a less cliche topic. However, I like what you wrote either way.
