How do you get rid of those terrible shin splints? Any help/replies? I got them from track of that helps.
Had them since Monday, had to get them tied when I went to track meet on Wednesday. They just seem to limit my running capabilities and gets me tired after say 5min of running.
When I had them I could barely walk and my coach said it was because I wasnt running properly, he said i needed to run less stif and just relax so I ran less for a while until they started going away weeks later and after that I ran more relaxed and and haven't gotten them since. But it might be different for you so yeah
