Carly: What are those? (pointing to my scars on my wrist) Me:They're Battle scars. Anna: Cool! Can I have some? Melease don't ever get some okay? But when you see someone with them like the ones I have on their wrists go hug them. Don't ever make fun of them okay? As we're walking around Wal Mart with both of them holding my hands, a young girl walks by us. Carly and Anna go hug her. She hugs these two adorable little girls back Girl:Why are you hugging me? Carly: You have battle scars. *points to her wrists* And through her tears she looks up at me and smiles **Before you Make that cut** **~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~** I saw this some where and I just had to post it here, it's the sweetest and most touching thing. ~ I hope this turned out right.
My ex best friend was a cutter. Kinda like a ex cutter now. She had no real reason she did it because she wanted attention. That's why she screws her hair up all the time for attention
I used to cut, except they weren't on my wrists, there are 2 parallel scars along my arm about 6 inches long 2 inches deep. :/
been there, I had some help.. People at church were really caring. As for the girl who wanted attention, I've noticed now cutting Isnt really a thing that only a few people do, but it's more a 'fad'
I never had help, I had no religion, no hope, and no other way to vent my feelings. Then I met a couple people on here who helped me a bit.
You just have to find a more constructive way to vent, like art? or stuff... I mean just find something your passionate about and put your all into it, slowly continue to face what you're going through. I think that would be good advice :|
