Cara's POV With Josh at the wheel, Raychel and I talked like it was old times. "So, Ray, what have you been doing since I was gone?" I asked intently. "Just the normal, school, home life, that sort of thing," she replied. "Nothing new?" "No, oh, wait! I was dating your ex for the time you left and I left." "Oh, how... How was that working out for you?" Yes, I was jealous, but only a bit. "Okay, I guess, but he talked about you way to much. I couldn't take it." "He talked about me? Wow, didn't think he would miss me so much, I thought he would have moved on and not remembered anything about me." Yeah, I was shocked, but I was ecstatic too. "He cared about you a lot! So, when did you two get together?" she asked smirking at Josh. That chick got on my nerves. "About five or six months," Josh said before I could snap at Raychel. "Five?! Six?! Wow, committed. Cara never did committed relationships," she smirked at me this time. I frowned. "That was before I met Josh," I retorted. "So, what did he do to convince you? Charm? Gifts?" she asked with an evil glint in her eyes. I knew what she was talking about. "No! He just took me on a date!" Now, I was getting really angry. I was furious! She held her hands up in surrender. "Alright! Alright! Hateful much?" "Easy, Cara," Josh interjected and put his hand on my arm. I smiled remembering he was there. "Right," I said, not at all apologising. That girl got on my nerves. We drove the rest of the way in silence, Raychel watching out the window and Josh holding my hand comfortingly. We arrived at the movies, looking at the "New Releases" and the "Playing" lists. "How about that one, One Shot ?" Raychel asked and pointed at the times. "It only starts in ten minutes." "Oh, I have really been wanting to watch it!" I agreed. "That's two against one." "I was wanting to watch it anyways," Josh laughed. "Oh, then let's go!" I rushed to the ticket booth. "How may I help you?" the salesman asked automatically. "Three tickets to One Shot , please," Josh replied. "That will be 17.50." She picked out the tickets as she said this. Josh paid and took the tickets, giving one to me and Raychel. We walked in, got our ticket stubs taken off, and walked into the theatre that the movie was in. "I'll be back, extra buttery, right?" Josh asked me. "Right," I replied sitting down. "Be back in a few." He kissed me and walked off to get the popcorn and our drinks. I watched the trailers for upcoming movies. When he came back he gave Raychel the popcorn and sat down. I took some popcorn and Raychel hissed, "Popcorn hog! Save some for the movie!" "Hush, it's starting!" I replied with a quick whisper. We watched it and we were frozen to the beginning to the end. When the credits rolled everyone including Raychel got up. Josh and I stayed sat down, waiting for the crowd to exit the theatre. When we finally reached the exit, we found Raychel standing by the restroom for us. "Finally! Where to now?" she asked excitedly. "The mall," Josh replied automatically. "Yay! Shopping time!" Raychel squealed. We walked to the car talking about the movie. "I can't believe how good that was!" I said as Josh unlocked the doors. "I know it was like," Raychel started making silly kung-fu moves. I laughed again as I got in the car. This wasn't as bad as I thought it would. At least, that's what I thought...
Oh yay! I was so mad when the other thread got locked. This is my favorite story in ALL OF FF!!!!! Can someone explain to me how it got locked?
Third party app reference, I accidentally put it up here. Normally this story is emailed to my friend and I didn't take the third party app reference out of my story.
Okay, finally got this done like 5 minutes ago. Took forever!! But that's cuz of my other story. Sorry for the wait! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Nat's POV That night I went online to search for tickets. I stayed up for hours looking and looking. Finally I found the tickets on some concert website. I pre-ordered them and they would be here around Christmas. Perfect. I finally went to sleep. But I was awakened by my alarm at 8:00 am. I grumbled and got up. Then I remembered that I was going shopping at the mall with the pops(populars). I groaned at the memory and went to take a shower. After I got dress and put on a shy amount of makeup, I heard a knocking. "Mom, go away, I know it's early!" I called. "Well, sassy this morning, aren't you?" I heard. "Oh, Kyle! Come in!" I slipped on some heels, trying to figure out what to wear shoe-wise. Kyle walked in and shut the door behind him. "Hello, beautiful," he greeted. "Hello, handsome," I replied as I slipped out of the heels. "What are you doing?" he asked laughing. "Putting on shoes, what else?" I slid on sneakers and looked in the mirror. Then I realised exactly what I was going to wear. I kicked them off and started picking through my closet. "Hey, watch it!" Kyle yelled as he dodged one of my shoes. "Sorry," I called back. I kept digging through my closet. "Where are they?!" "What are you talking about?" "My shoes!" I dug until I found the black tennis shoes that matches my outfit. "That's what you were clawing through the closet for?" Kyle asked surprised. "Yes, they match," I replied with a smile. I slid my shoes on and took a peek in the mirror. "You look great, what are you so worried about?" "They are popular, I am not so much popular. You know I hate being around people..." "I know, I know." Kyle came up behind me. He put his arms around me and smiled into the mirror. He beautiful brown eyes gazed into mine. "You'll be fine. Trust me." "I do," I replied nervously. Kyle heard the nervousness in my voice and turned me around to face him. "You'll be fine. If anything bad happens, I'll stay here with you the rest of your break, okay?" he asked and gave me quick kiss. "Okay," I replied breathlessly. I smiled and heard the doorbell ring and a yell, "NAT! WE'RE HERE!" "Amanda, already?" I looked at the clock. It was 11:45. Of course, I spent time talking to Kyle longer than I thought. "Well, see ya, Kyle," I said and gave him a quick kiss before heading toward the front door. The doorbell rang again. "NAT? ARE YOU AWAKE YET?!" I opened the door. "Jeez, could you be a bit more quiet! The whole town probably heard you!" Amanda's group of wannabes giggled. "Sorry," Amanda said and grabbed my arm. She pulled me out of my house and I closed the door. She pulled me to her black Mustang. It was a classic, I could tell. "Now, please, don't hurt it," she told me and she opened the door for me. This trip wasn't going to be so bad, right? Well, I was wrong. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
