I watched as he sat in front of me. It was orientation day, and the first time I had ever seen him. "Do you have a pencil I could borrow?" he asked me. He turned around and smiled at me. His dark eyes capturing me in. His hair was a light brown and his face, handsome and mature for a fourteen year old boy. "S-sure," I said and I scrambled to find an extra. When I couldn't find one I frowned. "S-sorry... I don't have an extra..." "No problem. Thank you anyway," he said flashing another smile. He turned back around and asked the boy in the desk beside him. My face felt flushed and it burned with heat. I shook my head. Damn it... "What's your name?" he asked turning back around. I opened my mouth to say my name but was immediately overcome with embarrassment for no reason. "Juliana. Juliana Davis," I said quietly. "I'm Dan Carmichael. It's nice to meet you, Juliana Davis," he said and he grinned. "N-nice to meet you too," I said back. I managed a slight smile before he turned back around. The teacher walked in and she beamed at the class. "Welcome to grade nine math..." Even though I had just met him... I was in love. I was in love with Dan Carmichael. He was my first love... ~~~~~~~<><><>~~~~~~~<><><>~~~~~~~ Ah! Couldn't think of another male name! Sorry Dan! Oh my Jesus... if I continue with this story... I have a feeling I'm going to enjoy it... For certain reasons!
