I like the basement idea better. 

 

Go play manhunt at midnight in the woods without a flashlight or cell phone. That's how I cope with fear. Yelling bloody Mary in front of a mirror also works.

Lol I fail at manhunt. Mainly cuz I trip over something and yell or whatever 

 

I just hide in the darkest place I can find. That or I run to my neighbors house and play Xbox. 
