Now, I don't expect this to be popular. If it is, yay. If now, I'm writing a story with the plot line, a couple characters, etc. So, either way, I'll be doing something with this. _________________________ ßƖɑcĸяɪԀɢє Ƥяєƿ Blackridge Prep seems like the most normal boarding school for high schoolers. There are students of both genders, normal classes like English, Algebra, History, etc., and teachers. However, this school is hiding a dark secret. Blackridge Prep is in the far country with dorms and a mess hall and things of the like. But, they have an attic that they use for items that have been left by old students, students that died at the school either by accident or on purpose. These deaths were noticed and they closed the school down for such. They've opened it back up for students just last year and everything went well. And they even managed to keep the secret from everyone who hasn't already known. Now for the secret: back in the 1900s it wasn't frowned upon to discipline a child by using a paddle. Now, in present day 2013, it's known as child abuse. This "discipline" was used far further than it should have when the school was founded, in the early 1950s. In the basement are things of torture that were used to discipline a child who did wrong. Some kids were beaten with a whip and never did wrong again. Some didn't learn their lesson so easily. This is where the some deaths come in. The students bound to the items in the attic were tortured to death or died accidentally and lived in the attic in wait for someone to find their stuff and try to communicate with them. The first year the school had opened back up, no one had heard a peep from the attic. However, the second wave of new students brought up what was about to come. Whilst moving to class, which all students were separated into two groups for the income of children was so large, were going to their classes on the top floor and they all heard a loud noise. They all froze and stood in wait, wondering who would be the first to move or even make a sound. When a teacher told them to get a move on, they did, only to start gossiping about what the noise could be. Soon, every new student of the second year of the school opening was wanting to know. When it was past curfew that night, despite some nerves floating around the dorms, a group of students gathered together and went to the attic. When there, they found the old objects from the past, and, without thinking, they decided to take something because they found everything fascinating. Some girls went for jewelry, the few others went for books or clothes. The boys didn't see much that caught their eyes, but what they did was old band posters, old sports memorabilia, and other things of the like. These things were once students of the school's and these things hold the only thing keeping them to this world. ((By that, I mean it's the only thing that is holding them to the world, not why they are still in this world.)) The current students are determined to figure out why these ghosts are trailing them and why they are still hooked to the modern world. And when they find out, they will do everything they can to get these ghosts to cross over. Items that are claimed: Old diary Old baseball card Old Elvis poster Old locket ((claimed)) Old pearl necklace Old signed baseball Old gold bracelet Old hair bow Old baseball bat ((If all become taken, please let me know and I will think up of some new ones.)) Student Skeleton: Name: Age: 14-15 Appearance: Personality: Item: Extra: Ghost Skeleton: Name: Age of when you died: 14-18 Appearance: Personality: Item: Why the item is important to you: How you died: Extra: Rules: • You are required to make both a ghost and a student. This is to keep everything perfectly even. • You do not make a ghost for your character. The ghosts are for whoever claims their item, but you cannot claim the item. • Only the person who claims a ghosts item and the other ghosts can see the ghost's associated with that item. • You can't tell everyone or rather anyone that you can see the ghost. It's supposed to freak you out and you have no idea if you are crazy or not. • As a ghost, you can't just randomly say why you are still hooked to the world. Once I tell you it's okay or my ghost says their reason, you may tell the student you are hooked to if they ask but you can't just blurt it out. • I want to okay your ghost's reason to still be hooked to this world. You can either PM me or wall it to me. Either way is fine, but you have to let me know first. • You are allowed to have four characters max, two ghosts and two humans. • Romance is allowed but limited and it should not be forced upon the other person. • Please have fun. I don't want any outside drama to ruin the fun for anyone. Everyone should just have fun. I don't see the need for anymore rules, but keep in mind: these ghosts are from the 50s, not the present day. So, female ghosts don't swear, male ghosts don't swear around females often, and you have no idea about today's technology. That's all! Any help about this, just ask and I'll explain!
Wait, so you control a human, and a ghost, but they're not linked to each other? And you're linked to someone else's character? (Just clearing things up for rpers).
Yes, it's too keep RPers from just RPing by themselves. It'll more interactions between everyone rather than their own characters talking between their two characters or four characters.
That sounds really cool. ,_, I'm on pimd basically 24/7 right now because it's in the summer but when school starts I won't be on as much. If I was I would join because this idea is amazing.
This sounds so cool! I would love to join, but I really wouldn't be on very often because school starts monday. ugh. School.
^^^^^^^ Maybe if everyone only went on it on weekends…? I dunno. School's starting for most people so there won't be much time.
Name: Jason Age: 14 Personality: calm, rude, sarcastic Item: Old baseball card Name: Kim Age: 17 Item: old pearl necklace It is precious to her because It was the last gift giving to her by her dad Broke her neck while wandering in the attic (Looks cool so I'm joining)
Vivian 15 Loud, belligerent, and has practically no filter (for her speech) Hair bow Her parents are rich, but she hates it and acts a like a poor girl from the streets both language and appearance-wise. As a child, she was always pawned off onto numerous nannies and tutors and learned to deceive people at an early age. Serephine 17 Elegant, well-mannered, refuses to get angry about anything Gold bracelet She was the daughter of a local jeweler, and that was the bracelet her mother made for her just before passing away Serephine was a little too well-mannered, and one day she refused to read a book that was ripped, torn, stained, and sticky. Her teacher tried to "discipline" her until she bent… but she never did. She ended up dying a proper and lady-like death. (Sort of.) Her father was one of the higher-ups in the world, but he cheated on his wife. Serephine is his illegitimate daughter and her mom his mistress. They moved away from the town her dad lived in and started a new life without him. That's the reason why she is so well-mannered; she wanted to defy expectations of a daughter of adultery.
It's fine! Both of you are accepted! Now, my characters: Ah Dinkley 14 Ah is very sweet and shy. She normally keeps to herself and is seen reading. She isn't one to be very social, but when you get her into a conversation, she'll slowly become talkative. Ah is also very paranoid. Since she found her item, she's become more paranoid than ever and is very jumpy. Old locket Gwen Frider 16 Gwen is a very sour girl at first. She's been unnoticed for years and even though she had been quiet popular when she was alive, she hardly talked to any other ghosts. Once she warms up to someone, she is bubbly and very sweet. She is very helpful and works to help the person who has her diary. Old diary Gwen's old diary was the only place where she could pour out her true thoughts and constant nightmares. Gwen was a very accidental prone girl. She was walking towards an open window and someone tripped her. Once she stood straight again, someone accidentally pushed her and she fell through the window, which was five stories up, on the top floor.
