I did some research and apparently anyone that received a help ticket from a developer stating PIMD was moving to a 13+ rating was given incorrect...
I wholeheartedly agree. For now, it does appear the game ToS still states the game is 17+ and under 17s will have their accounts immediately disabled.
TOS and this post even still say the game is ages 17+ only, and TOS specifically says that under 17s will have their "accounts immediately disabled."
I thought people 16 and under were supposed to be permanently banned from PIMD. Is this not the case anymore? This was never communicated to us.

I know you're not banned because you're here posting in forums. You wouldn't be able to log onto PIMD at all if you were banned.
Banned means you can no longer access PIMD. Silencing means you cannot post in public chats and can last anywhere from 24 hours to a permanent...

August 13th, 2026, is thirty days from July 14th, so you'll likely be unsilenced then. Again, your DMs should have a message from the PIMD account...
