------ Weeks pass and I cry lightly. I'm pathetic, holding tightly on Acario's shirt. He pets my head as if I were a good pet, and I bite down on the shirt to stop myself from screaming. I was still paranoid, I didn't want him to leave. I had a feeling he'd leave, so I took extra precautions and kept to his side all day. Nurses and doctors stared, and shook their heads. I was mad they said, beyond curing. Jason visited me daily. He kept ne sane, and I was thankful. Acario was reassuring, but I needed to be sure that I was still in touch with reality. I believed I was dreaming, yet I believed he was real... "... Tri." "?" I looked up, my eyes still red from bawling. I couldn't help it, it's too much to take in. "... Nevermind." "I... I... I want to go h-h-homeee..." "I promise you'll be home in a week." I looked up at him closely this time. His face had worry scribbled all over. "I-I-I'm sor-sorry." ----- "Don't be." I brushed a loose strand of hair away from her face and kissed her forehead. I held her close as she drifted off to sleep. Our interaction was cut so short these past two months. She worried me, and her family stopped going to England. I don't think she realized it, but her brother slowly stopped visiting her. He left quickly, and he never said goodbye. "... Ma chérie, I'm sorry." I left, leaving her on the bed. I promised her that she'd leave, and I will. Even if it means having to do something illegal. ----- "You will approve of letting Vale go." The damned physician nodded. His mind games with Trinity will stop, and this is just a taste of his own medicine. This asylum's style of "curing" patients are to make them feel guilt and miraculously make them aware of "life". I have already switched her files, and burned all traces of evidence. Nobody saw me, unless I wanted them to. I was being selfish, but I promised the high ranked Deities that I'd only let HER see me. Unless I wanted to become mortal and age rapidly then keel over, I'm staying invisible. ----- "Trinity Vale, I approve of your release." My physician, Dr. Quimby agreed to let me go. A mircale had happened, and I quickly collapsed onto the floor to pray to God. "I told you so." Right beside me, Acario helped me up and walked me out of the room. "I... I don't want to go ba-" "We aren't." His grip on my arm tightened and I winced from the pain. He didn't seem to notice though. "We're going to Italy." "But-" "I've got a friend who will help me. Now shhh." I doubt it... ----- Short update? The bawling Trinity will die and a courageous shy one will be born! AMEN! Lawlz.
----- The streets were filled with amazement, and I sat happily next to Acario on the couch in his friend's house. It was grand, all decorated in a wealthy fashion. "Oh... Wow..." He held my hand in his laps and kissed me on the forehead, and I felt warm inside. "ACARIOS!" "FEDELE!" He arose from his seat and hugged the man, his wings folded into his back and he let go. "Long time no see! What can I do for you, my friend?" His friend, Fedele, had faint creme blonde hair and sapphire blue eyes. His lips were curved in a lopside smile when looking at me. "... Acarios. Is... Is she the human you spoke of?" "Yes Fedele." "But I thought-" "No. You thought wrong. I came here with my own will, I know the consequences." I sat there, my brown hair a mess as I brushed it from my face. Acario had told me he would suffer the gods' wrath, but I never knew he came here willingly. I thought it was forced, like the last time he came. I knew what he was, and I wasn't afraid or scared. There was only minimal change, but I was still content. "Ah. Then, welcome to Italy! Mia cara, te aiuto per qualsiasi cosa desideri?" I shook my head politely. He had asked me if there was anything I'd like help with. I chuckled at the thought of Acario being as gentleman as Fedele... "Fedele, we need a place to stay in Italy, and a school for Miss Vale to attend to." He nodded curtly and led him upstairs the neverending curly stairway. It was amazing, this place. And I was surprised Fedele was willing to go through such heights to support us both! ----- "Goodbye, Fedele. Thank you!" We waved goodbye and I sat in the red mercedes sports car Fedele gave Acario. It was amazing... He even promised to give Acario a three story house! I was jealous. "How'd you get him to pay for all this?" "Let's just say he owed me one. Don't worry, ma chérie, it's not like this is a tab of some sort." She furrowed her brows and huffed, scooting farther away from me. It was awkward, driving with everybody looking at me as if I was a supermodel. I knew if I kept to myself, everybody would report to the police about a mysterious car that drove itself with a female passenger that looked like she was about to explode, and we don't want that. "Hmph." "Yes, ma chérie, hmph all you want." ------ Lol.
