I screamed. Louder than any human being could possibly scream. "Someone please come!" I yelled. "What? What's wrong?" the same nurse cam rushing in. "The bottom half of my leg is gone!" I cried. "Y-you didn't know!?" she asked. "No!" I said. "How did this happen!?" "When your dad was holding you captive," she started. "He killed your mother, shot your sister, then came up to you. He wanted to make you suffer the most, no one knows why. So, he put his gun away, took out his knife, and..." "And what?" I said hurriedly. "And he made a deep cut, all the way to your bone, from your lower ankle to your knee," she shivered at the thought. Seconds later, she ran to a trash can and threw up. When she came back, I asked, "But I don't understand. Why did they have to amputate my leg?" "There was too much infection," she said shakily. I could see she was just about ready to throw up again, but I guess she held it down. "How can infection spread that quickly?" I asked. "I don't know," she said. "All we know is that the type of infection we found in your leg was something no one had ever seen before, and it was the fastest-spreading infection that anyone has ever seen." "What does it do to me if you didn't get it all out?" I asked. "I don't know."
That night, I had a dream. No. It wasn't a dream. It was a nightmare. My Nightmare I was reliving that dreadful night when my dad killed my mother. I hadn't seen my mother get killed yet. This was all so weird....it was as if I was going back in time to see things that I hadn't seen before... "Well, would you look at this?" my father said coldly. "It's our Wedding photo." He threw it into the bonfire he built in the middle of our living room, along with some family photos and my mother's jewelry. My mother just cried. What else could she do in a situation like this? "And now, it's time for the big finale!" my father smirked. He walked over to my mother, and lifted up her and her chair over his head. "This is for all of these years I spent being miserable married to you!" he cried. My mother's eyes were filled with terror as he threw her into the fire burning with might. She was gone.
