Stressed out? Just want to relax for a few minutes? Try one thing out ^_^ Grab your iPod or mp3 player, turn the music on, stand up, and dance! It feels great and you do not even needto know how. Dance howeber you feel, move your feet and shake your hips, move around, shuffle, add anything you like in there, I personally add karate that I learned years ago. Have fun with it. It actually helped me out for my finals. haha
