Elijah's POV As I heard that soft voice, I tensed turning slowly to see that smirk I promised to wipe of that face. Emmanuel. "What are you doing here?" I hissed, glaring at him. "Just here to make sure my baby brother stayed out of trouble." Emmanuel said matter-of-factly, and touched his hand to my shoulder pushing me back down in my seat. I cringed at the feeling of ultimate pureness that he had placed on me. I shrugged it off, trying to hold back my growls, and not get my knife out and stab it through his eye. Emmanuel next touched Salrion's shoulder pushing him back down in his seat. "Violence solves nothing, at least if it's over something so trivial." He said his black eyes moving from me to Salrion, to Emma. The small specks of gold seemed to brighten as he turned fully to me. "I heard you've been stirring up some trouble, I'm just here to watch, and make sure it isn't out of control." He said patting my head. I snapped, taking a swing at him, but missing completely as he took a step back. "Now now Eli, I didn't mean to embarrass you." He said, but the smirk touching his eyes told me differently. "Look I don't need watched, I already got enough watching." I said pointing to Farah. Farah's eyes stayed right to the ground, not daring to look at my brother. Emmanuel's jaw tightened glancing at Farah, then to me. "It's not my choice, I'm here to stay, end of discussion." He said, and pulled out a chair sitting down across from me. I let out a low growl of annoyance, but that's when I noticed all if the humans had stayed quiet, just watching, with the most confused expressions on their faces. Chris found this all amusing, and wrapped his arm around Miranda. "Well as much as we love awkward moments like these we better get to class." He said standing the both of them up. I watched as each of the mutts grabbed their humans and took off without a word. Emma stood, seeming to be in a daze as Salrion tried to speak with her. I glanced back at Emmanuel to see him silently staring at Farah, and Farah staring back. Something told me some old wounds might be returning, a perfect time to escape them stalking me. I stood up quickly, and cut my way in between Emma and the mutt, smiling smugly. "Excuse me, i was talking to Emna." Salrion said glaring daggers at me. "And now your not, bye." I said waving at him with a sneer. Emma suddenly snapped her big blue eyes at me. "Can we talk.. Privately?" She asked her voice barely above a whisper. I was a bit nervous now. She seemed very serious. Was she suspicious? "Ok sure." I muttered reluctantly, and I led her away from the mutt, a hand placed on the small of her back. I could feel her heart racing now. Was she afraid of me, Well good, she should, everyone should. I was after all the beast. Bump?
