Homophobic behaviour is one of the worst things I see on PIMD. Moderators are not required to give warnings.

I usually give warnings if the offense was questionable as to whether it warrants a silence or if I can see a situation that could escalate into a player being silenced.

Homophobic or racist behaviour has no place on PIMD and thus a warning is not required.

And calling someone "gay" doesn't make you a homophobic...a little ignorant...but not homophobic.

Leelee using gay as an insult is incredibly offensive. It implies that a gay person is a bad thing.
