Everyone, I need ideas on what to do everyday to lose weight. I am only 14, and I want to lose 15 pounds or more. Like I said, I need ideas on what to do every day. If you help me, then I will give you wall art in return. Love y'all! ~Ally
Ally,I think you should follow my exercise regimen. Just go for a half-hour walk(I walk 5,jog 5 rounds of 150m)in the mornings whenever you're free. Slowly increase to a half-hour jog. You can walk for 15 minutes,jog for the other 15.(time doesn't really matter,sweating it out is) Then every night do 10 sit-ups. Slowly increase 5 per week. it worked for me,I'm much slimmer now. But it really needs self-discipline. I suggest you have a work-out buddy or something also I do push-ups nightly like sit-ups to strengthen my arms. First kneel down in front of a raised surface(the couch,chair,your bed)and put your hands on it. Then do 10 push-ups. Increase by 5 weekly. When you think you're strong enough,you can change to 'flat' push-ups(on the floor as usual)-the girl kind(not on your toes,on your knees). Hope this helps
Oh yeah and try not to eat too much rice. Eat more meat and veggies to keep your energy levels up. If you feel hungry,eat a raw carrot or rice crackers. Try not to eat too much sugary foods. If your family has teatime(if you live in America or something), you can join in but try not to eat too much sweet stuff(marshmallows,chocolate chip cookies,etc.). Milo is a healthier alternative to hot chocolate-and they taste almost the same! Eat more fish as it is high in protein. I eat vitamin supplements too like vitamin c,DHA,etc. But don't eat them without asking your parents and your family doctor. (I'm not sure what vitamins you have in your country,but in Singapore the pharmacists sell Brands vitamins and they're really good also if you can find it,take Centrum Kids strawberry flavoured vitamins(I think it's vitamin c). I take it too!! ) Hope this helps
