Kyle Kyle Kyle tries to kill him self but dramatically bailey find him cry and blah blah whatever gets back together
[Kyle] My body felt as if it was shutting down. I couldn't speak without my words being slurred and my legs were about to give out. My vision was hazy and terrifyingly blurry. I had no idea where I was but I was pretty sure I was alone. Then I heard an unfamiliar voice. [Nate] Bailey and I ran to the parking lot at an incredible speed. We somehow silently decided on my car and before we even put the key into the ignition, we mapped out where Kyle could be. It took half an hour and we had narrowed it down to three places: his shed, his basement, or the driveway at the abandoned house where he left me. Needless to say, we chose crossed out the other options and drove straight to the latter. Unfortunately, someone beat us to it.
[Nate] "No, Bella. Me and Nate are in the driveway. Someone else is here. A black sedan." I listened quietly as Bailey was on the phone. I was quiet because I was raised as a gentleman and it's rude to interrupt but also because I was scared. Kyle was my best friend. "Yeah, I'll see you later. Bye." Bailey hung up and locked her phone. "What's the plan, Stan?" she said more calmly than I would ever be able to. I swallowed hard. "We go in."
[Nate] Surprisingly, Bailey was the first to open the door and step out. I took a deep breath and followed behind her. I swear I could hear her heart beat. "Bailey," I stopped walking and looked at her. She turned and faced me. "Yes?" I paused for a moment, then took a step closer to her, inches from her face. "I like you. A lot. I wanted you from the start, but I was shy and, well, Kyle wasn't." Bailey stared at me. Then I did something I've always wanted to do but somehow wish I hadn't. I leaned in and kissed her. [Bailey] Nate's soft, warm, lips held mine and his sweet, hot breath poured into my mouth. I lifted my arms around his neck and kissed him back. The only thing on my mind was him. Not Kyle or Eli. Just. Nate. I would've forgotten all about Kyle had it not been for the shell-shocking crash that broke Nate away from me.
