You are permanently silenced if that silence was your third.... you can appeal to be unsilenced after at least 1 month 

send an email i one months time to support@AThinkingApe.com and plead why you should be unsilenced

 

don't spam them or they won't lift your silence any time soon

 

if u get denied wait a couple weeks and then reappeal 

 

Wait 3 Months .. perm Silences are exposed to be Perm

 

and they should tell u why u were denied when they reply to ur appeal

 

they will more than likely deny you

 

They won't even look if they seen it was a week after
