I've never seen an open invite to apply for admin. Normally it is given by the owner to who deserves it, not handed out like candy to those who make a flashy but inflated statement about their gaming history and intentions for the gang/clan/alliance/club.
Yep. I gave most of my admin spots for The Italian Mafia based on player reputation. Some of them were like candy to get the gang rolling. On a river. ._.
People who apply don't automatically get admin. I note their names, and look to see if they really keep those promises, and help the club.
