 music = annoying! Altho it reminds me of Sunday Salsa Club.

 Avatars in GAW are mostly male..Only 1 female? Sexist much?

 Layout not bad, altho a lil annoying.

 Crap on making money, I would think you'd make more on volleying (coz it takes effort and time to explain a good upgrade) than just spamming jobs for cash

 overall at this point in time, I think its crap. It may pick up later on after more join, work out game play and can efficiently help others but until then... It sucks a big one 

I think there. The same only difference is it cost alot to buy a club and hard to make the money
