  1. You have too much free time

  2. You write like you've got a broken hand from street brawling.

It was for this reason I started writing in caps so people could read my writing 

  3. Oh yeah and if anyone can tell me how much cash you get each time hired, I can make a formula for a tutors cash on hand when vollied to any hire value if someone can tell me the proportion involving hire value and the cash the tut gets. I know that the amount of cash the tut gets when hired is dependent on hire value and caps at 1m but what is the proportion? Is the cash gain like 5% of the tuts hire value or what? And is it dependent on the current hire value or the hire value the tut gets after its hired?

And hopefully later I'll make a formula for the amount of cash you gain when you volley a tutor to any desired hire value assuming it is bought away from you eventually.
